We started Trustoby Designs after watching too many small businesses pay agency prices for template websites, then get charged again to change a phone number.
Trustoby Designs is a Canadian web design and digital solutions studio based in Calgary, Alberta, working with clients across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. We build websites for the businesses that keep local economies running: trades, clinics, restaurants, law firms, realtors, retailers and the startups trying to join them.
The market has two extremes. Full-service agencies charge five figures for a brochure site because they have an office, an account manager and a strategy deck to pay for. Cheap template mills charge almost nothing and deliver a slow, unfindable page nobody maintains. Neither serves a business owner who just needs the phone to ring.
