Submitting the enquiry form opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, so that information travels by email rather than being stored by this website.
2. How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver services you engage us for, and — if you subscribe — send our monthly newsletter. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
3. Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently run advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled in future, they will be described in our Cookie Policy, and any non-essential cookies will require your consent first.
4. Retention
Enquiry emails and client project records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Canadian tax and record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Email hello@trustoby.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to client information to the people delivering your project, and use reputable service providers for email and hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents by unencrypted email.
